With the introduction of online application systems for jobs by Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) it has become easier to apply for jobs. With the aid of the internet, candidates can now apply for PPSC jobs, without ever having to leave their homes, and skip the traditional paper based process.
This online application system lets users scan through the job vacancies, fill out your application forms, and even upload your necessary documents online.
The applicants can easily submit their application and consider appropriate government jobs in Punjab with few clicks.
Once you have successfully applied, you have the option to edit application to make changes.
Step by Step Process to Apply Online for PPSC Jobs
1) First of all, click on this link https://www.ppsc.gop.pk/(S(qz4pcm3nhgxpzlraytlxhyyo))/UsersReg/PostApplied.aspx
2) Find job you want to apply for. Once you’ve read all the information about the job and who can apply, press the ‘Proceed’ button.
3): Read the “Important Instructions”, “EPay User Manual ‘3) on the next page After that, hit the check box to agree to the terms, and then click ‘Apply Online.’
4) Give your CNIC including dashes and without dashes and click Proceed under Basic Information Section.
5) Click on Proceed under Contact Information Section of ACCC, enter your email address & Mobile number, click Proceed.
6) Check whether your contact details are alright. If you want to change something, then click Change Email/Mobile because once you won’t be able to change them later. Once all is fine, you can then click Verify.
7) In the ‘Preliminary Information’ section put in your information such as your birth date, gender, occupation, if you have disabilities, and if you’re a member of the armed forces. Once you fill in all your details, click Proceed.
8) In the “Personal Information” section complete this information. Click the “Save Information” button when you’re done. It will save your data and display a message stating so. After this, hit the ‘Proceed’ button to proceed on with your application.
9) The system will generate your Payment System Identifier Number (PSID). Then if you’re applying for the job you’ll need to follow the instructions in the “EPay User Manual” to pay the required fee for that job. After you’ve paid, click on the Next button.
10) Upload an image of the front of your CNIC (National Identity Card) then upload a recent picture of yourself. The size of each of the image should to less than 25KB.
11) You will then fill out your education information and click the button “Save Information”.
12) If you have experience, add them. Next, hit the ‘Save Information’ button and then hit the ‘Next’ button.
13) Once you’ve input the necessary info, you will see a clickable button “Submit Application”. You can click on it and reach the Application Submission Page. On this page, read the statement, check the box asserting that you agree and then click the ‘Submit Application’ button to finish.
14) Once you submit the application, you’ll get an Application Number. This number proves that your application has been done successfully. You will also get an email and SMS with more details such as your Application Submission and Token Number which you can use to edit or print your application.

EXAMINATION SCHEDULES
PPSC has its regular update of the examination schedule for government jobs. Schedule for these exams applied by candidates is given below. But if you don’t have a notification about the exam date on the website, SMS or Email and haven’t contacted them on 042-111-988-722 or PPSC Office Phone No: 99202761-62 . If you want to do this, it’s best to do it at least three days in advance so you’re sure of the details.
